Overview

Creation activities range widely from games such as Chess and Go to learning skills like Photography to discussion groups like Religion Discussion to learning musical instruments and a wide range of world dances. Because the majority of these activities student run and rely on the expertise of the student coordinator, the list of Creation activities changes year by year. Below you can find a sampling.

Astronomy Club

gathers weekly to imbibe the glorious night sky above MUWCI and learning more about the cosmos

Cooking Club

one of the most "UWC" activities one could have here, in that each week members prepare and taste the culinary cultures of the globe

Human Rights

both a discussion group and an activist organization that works with Amnesty International

Indian Classical Dance — Bharatnatyam

classes for both beginners and experienced dancers of the Indian classical dance form, generally culminating with a performance each year

Photography

learn the full range of photography, both digital and 35mm, from shooting to developing

Model United Nations

one of the largest and most active Creations on campus, MUN runs a yearly event on campus and travels to several off campus MUNs through the year

Religion Discussion

weekly discussion group to learn, contemplate and share the practices and philosophies of the world's religions and spiritual practices

Drums, Piano, Guitar, Tabla

learn a new instrument, or help teach others
